The Customer Service/Sales Representative’s primary role is to answer patient inquiries and convert these conversations into scheduled appointments for caller and other family members This job is about helping patients get to one of our dentists so they can feel better, look better and be healthy.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound/Outbound Customer Service and Sales Representative
  • Answer 60+ inbound calls per day while connecting with customer
  • Provide legendary service and convert these inbound calls into scheduled same day/next day appointments.
  • Seek to understand reason for call and respond appropriately (Wants a cleaning, in pain, wants Ortho, needs crown or root canal etc.)
  • Ask probing questions to see who else we can schedule today for an appointment and offer free Ortho consults
  • Ensure your scheduled customers show up to the appointments by obtaining permission to email and text them the appointment details.
  • Review yesterday results and strive to continuously improve and surpass daily/weekly/monthly goals
  • Make outbound calls to reschedule missed appointments, six--month Re Calls, Treatment contracted but not scheduled
  • Convert non-voice scheduling requests into scheduled appoints for person and family members
  • Promote patient care and friendly behaviors to all callers
  • The CSSR maintains superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction and provides solutions to customer needs in a fast pace environment
  • Secure and validate dental coverage (Cash, Insurance, Dentical, HMO)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer navigating skills.

Qualifications

  • Call Center Service/Sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Customer focus/results driven
  • Focus on continuous improvement and adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Possess the internal drive and passion to help make a difference in the everyday lives of individuals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable to follow through with commitments
