  • Attend to all patient complaints and record and utilize all necessary data to contact patient for follow up and resolution.
  • Properly appoint patients and provide all required patient information
  • Follow up with Office Managers, Regional Managers and Grievance Dept on gathering support and the resolution outcome.
  • Promote patient satisfaction and friendly attitude to all callers
  • Work with the accounts receivable department if refunds are required.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and team huddles
  • Participate on special projects as requested and other duties as assigned by manager.



Position Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls, emails and documentation
  • Data Entry and attention to detail
