  • Maintain all open Requisitions and conduct job brief’s with Hiring Manger’s
  • Post all openings to ATS and job boards upon receipt
  • Screen all applicants
  • Submit qualified applicants to hiring managers
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
  • Monitor and maintain ATS
  • Maintain relationships with Career Colleges
  • Attend Career and Job Fairs
  • Collect all pre-hire documents from New Hires
  • Work closely with HR/Onboarding Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Provide weekly updates with Hiring Managers with open position’s status
  • Prioritize competing demands for candidates
  • Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings, including internet or other online sources
  • Initiate contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings
  • Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Perform reference and background check on applicants
  • Develop and coordinate internal job posting program and write job postings
  • Create and maintain a solid talent pool
  • File and maintain employment records for future reference
  • Assist with additional Recruiting/HR duties as assigned 


  • Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter with a requisition load of at least 30, preferably in Healthcare
